Hello Parents, Educators, and Care Givers,
My name is Tracy Clark. I am a former teacher. I enjoyed teaching Special Education, Third Grade and Reading Recovery.
I have also been a Site Director of a large after school program. After 6 years of coaching my staff on behavior management techniques, I transitioned to a Behavioral Specialist and Learning and Development Trainer for the same after school organization.
I am grateful to have had the honor and privilege of training thousands of teachers, parents, and after school staff on not only behavior management techniques, but also de-escalation techniques, and the consequences of adverse childhood experiences. I feel that as Maya Angelo so elegantly puts it, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better."
I wrote this course to serve as a guide and an invitation to the dedicated parents wanting to promote healthy brain development for their children. An invitation to understand that, as parents, we can focus on what helps our child's developing brain as opposed to hurting it.
Thank you for taking my course and trusting me with your valuable time. You are well on your way to promoting healthy brain development and watching your child thrive!

A good leader isn’t just someone with a strong strategic vision or ability to drive results. Yes, these traits matter, but authenticity is the key to becoming a successful leader and cultivating a high-performing team.
